che lo esercitano. Nella vita di tutti i giorni, e ancor di pi\u00f9 nella sfera professionale, ci confrontiamo costantemente con il linguaggio \u2013 di qualsiasi tipo esso sia \u2013 cercando di registrarne cambiamenti e fluidit\u00e0 che interpretano i pensieri e la realt\u00e0 sociale contemporanea.<br \/>\nCome evitare pregiudizi e stereotipi nella comunicazione?<br \/>\n<strong>Una due giorni di workshop dedicati alla comunicazione intersezionale per raggiungere maggior consapevolezza e soprattutto riuscire a mediare contenuti e pensieri in maniera pi\u00f9 equa.<\/strong> A sessioni piu\u2019 frontali si alterneranno dei momenti di esercitazione laboratoriale che porr\u00e0 i\/le partecipanti di fronte a testi e ad immagini in modalit\u00e0 interattiva.<br \/>\nL\u2019evento \u00e8 organizzato da Weigh Station in collaborazione con Lisci\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>\/\/\/<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAMMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DAY 1 | Venerd\u00ec 02 dicembre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ore 14.00 &#8211; 18.00 | WORKSHOP prima parte<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>COMUNICARE LA DIVERSIT\u00c0 CULTURALE: unconscious bias e buone pratiche<\/em><br \/>\n<em>con Kwanza Musi Dos Santos<\/em><br \/>\nQuando \u00e8 necessario specificare alcune informazioni personali rispetto alla comprensione\/fruibilit\u00e0 di una notizia? Campo d\u2019azione per la prima sessione di workshop, curata da Kwanza Musi Dos Santos, sar\u00e0 quello dei mass media, per arrivare ad uno smascheramento di pregiudizi inconsci nel linguaggio quotidiano e colloquiale. Il workshop partir\u00e0 inoltre dal confronto sui temi emersi a seguito della visione de \u201cIl pericolo di una storia unica\u201d di Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, affrontando inoltre il tema della necessaria decolonizzazione del white gaze per approdare alla stesura di un piccolo glossario dei termini preferibili da utilizzare per evitare la reiterazione di stereotipi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ore 18.30 | TALK<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>con\/mit Kwanza Musi Dos Santos and Graziella Priulla<\/strong><br \/>\nUn talk aperto al pubblico per affrontare e mettere a confronto le visioni delle ospiti Kwanza Musi Dos Santos and Graziella Priulla sui temi posti dal workshop e scardinare gli stereotipi del linguaggio contemporaneo.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><strong>DAY 2 | Sabato 03 dicembre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ore 9.00 &#8211; 13.00 | WORKSHOP seconda parte<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>IL LINGUAGGIO DI GENERE: tra stereotipi e innovazione<\/em><br \/>\n<em>con Graziella Priulla<\/em><br \/>\nLa seconda sessione di workshop a cura di Graziella Priulla ha come obiettivo quello di porre l\u2019attenzione sull\u2019importanza del linguaggio sia verbale sia iconico, con la distinzione dei canali e l\u2019identificazione dei soggetti. In particolar modo nella prima parte &#8211; pi\u00f9 frontale &#8211; si approfondir\u00e0 il concetto di significato sociale del linguaggio sessuato e dell\u2019importanza dell\u2019innovazione linguistica, nonch\u00e9 il peso degli stereotipi e dei luoghi comuni nel linguaggio diffuso. Da anni collabora con aziende e organizzazioni, tenendo workshop e seminari con un particolare focus sui temi dell\u2019antirazzismo, giustizia ambientale, femminismo nero e intersezionalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graziella Priulla<\/strong> \u00e8 stata per 40 anni docente ordinaria di \u201cSociologia dei processi culturali e comunicativi\u201d nell\u2019Ateneo di Catania. Ora vive a Roma e lavora alla formazione dei\/delle docenti, dei\/delle giornaliste, del personale delle PP.AA., nello sforzo di introdurre linguaggi rispettosi dei generi nelle istituzioni formative. A questo scopo ha scritto \u201cC\u2019\u00e8 differenza. Identit\u00e0 di genere e linguaggi\u201d, un testo di educazione di genere per le scuole (e non solo).
